OnCourse equips administrators with a complete record of student infractions and disciplinary actions. Each disposition is tracked and stored within the system, thereby providing a historical record of disciplinary actions per student. To ensure tracking accuracy, the system automatically records when records were last updated.
Student discipline reports can be generated and sorted in any number of ways - chronologically, by incident number, by demerit number and so on. When viewing records online, users can see the full record of each incident accompanied by a convenient quick-view of most important details.

As a new assistant principal in charge of discipline I am very pleased with the On Course discipline system. It has given me an opportunity to be completely informed when a student misbehaves during the school day. I also appreciate the simplicity of printing out discipline letters that can be sent home to parents to notify them of detentions or suspensions. Overall the On Course system has made the tracking of the discipline in my school much more convenient.
