Welcome to Mrs. Baker's Math class Grades 6 - 8 (Algebra 1)
This year I look forward to working with you as you grow and learn through Middle School Mathematics.
Your grades this year will be made up from: 50% Student Achievement - Tests and Quizzes
25% Homework
25% Classwork/Participation
Homework will be assigned each night, including some Fridays, and will be a weekly grade of 100 points possible. Homework is due the next class after it is assigned; late homework will not be accepted. Math must be reviewed every evening, so you only hurt yourself by not making up homework, even if you do not receive credit.
If you are absent, you will have as many days as you missed to make up any missing assignments.
