Be prepared to discuss the story in class including character, setting and plot.  

Be able to provide examples where the author does a good job providing you with enough details for you to be able to visualize elements of the story.

  • The MFI’s are interviewing several “suspects” to discover who stole Miss Rabbit’s carrot cake. Do you think any of the suspects were acting suspicious? If you were a detective on the case, how would you tell if a suspect was lying?
