Distribute Test Scores & ISRs

Schools are required to share more student documentation than ever, often on tight timeframes. Most critical information is now posted in your SIS parent portal (schedules, report cards, test scores, etc.,) but there are cases when an actual formatted document is necessary, like:

• Individual Student Reports (ISRs) from State Test providers
• Screener or Diagnostic Reports, with interpretation guides
• Graduation letters

Over a school year, schools spend appoximately $3-5 per student on mailing documents like those above, incurring costs for postage, materials, staff labor.

To make this process easier, OnCourse encourages districts to use Student Doc Distribution in the OnCourse SIS, which allows district/school personnel to:

1. Bulk upload student documents into OnCourse SIS
2. Share documents to Primary Guardians in OnCourse Connect
3. Publish or unpublish documents at any time

This is a paid upgrade to OnCourse SIS. We understand budgets are tight, so it is priced to:

• Save your district money on print mailing (small savings on a single mailing, big savings for districts sending summatives, screeners, etc.)
• Allow OnCourse to handle your file storage, backups, security, and ongoing upgrades
