At Buena Regional School District, we sought to consolidate diverse measures of student growth into an easy and actionable guide for our teachers. Our team devised an automated formula that a) consumes multiple measures of progress, b) automatically indicates students in need of support, c) activates our RTI team. We’ll share how we pair quantitative and qualitative measures into this methodology and embed it into our Student Information System to be more convenient for teachers (with no spreadsheets!)
