Can my district use OnCourse’s data tools if we don’t use OnCourse SIS?
Yes. OnCourse Multiple Measures can be purchased separately and integrated with your SIS. To discuss bringing OnCourse to your district, schedule a 15-minute chat with an OnCourse team member.
Can we customize these reports?
Yes. The dashboards are called “Community Reports” and are a universal starting point for commonly-used data. Schools can then copy these reports and add new data elements, student demographics, formulas, etc.
If we use OnCourse SIS, can we pull SIS data onto this dashboard?
Yes. Districts with the OnCourse SIS can add a range of SIS data elements to dashboards, like grades, attendance, behavior, GPA, etc.
Can we get a pilot of these data dashboards?
Yes. OnCourse SIS districts can opt into a free “Data Dashboard Starter Kit”. If you are not an OnCourse SIS district, contact us at [email protected] to discuss a pilot.
